The Bold Pour Studio – Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 4 business days. We handcraft each item, so please allow for production time (in case of a larger order), as noted in the product descriptions.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by destination and order size.
- Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic (within the Netherlands): 4 business days
- International: 7 business days
- Please note that shipping times are estimated, and delays may occur due to customs or courier issues, particularly for international orders.
3. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your package.
4. Customs and Duties for International Orders For orders outside the Netherlands, customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your country’s customs office for these additional costs.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages While we ensure secure packaging and provide tracking, we are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to courier issues. In case of delays, please contact us, and we’ll assist where possible.
