The Bold Pour Studio – Return & Refund Policy

14-Day Return Window: Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

    • Handmade Nature of Products: Due to the handcrafted process, each piece is unique and may feature slight variations or small imperfections. These qualities are part of the handmade nature and do not qualify as defects; returns for these reasons are not eligible.
    • Custom and Sale Items: Custom or made-to-order pieces and any sale items are final and cannot be returned.

 

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@theboldpourstudio.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send the item back. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged Items Upon Delivery:

    • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will assess the claim and may offer a replacement or full refund if the damage is verified.
    • Responsibility for Damage: While we ensure items are securely packaged, any damage incurred during shipping is handled through the courier’s insurance. We will assist with filing claims but are not liable for damages caused in transit.

 

Refund Processing:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Dutch Consumer Law Compliance:

This policy complies with Dutch consumer protection law, which governs online transactions and ensures fair treatment for customers.

Refund Processing for workshops:

100% refund if cancelled at least 7 days in advance.
50% refund if cancellation is less then 7 days.
No refund if cancellation is less than 48 hours before the workshop.

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel the workshop I will automatically issue full refunds within 24 hours.
